I have revised my review. The pictures show lack of craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards. Horner Homes largely was unresponsive to questions about why costs were so expensive, and weren't adjusted after our project changed. Shortly after we challenged an additional cost they were trying to charge is when Horner Homes canceled the contract. My son, daughter, and I performed 98% of the demolition. Horner was primarily installing new electrical, plumbing, drywall, and cabinets, which were purchased elsewhere so ... read more
