I have revised my review. The pictures show lack of craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards. Horner Homes was largely unresponsive to questions about why costs were so outrageous, and not adjusted after our project changed. Shortly after we challenged an additional cost they were trying to charge, Horner Homes canceled our contract. My son, daughter, and I performed 98% of the demolition.
