I have revised my review… The pictures show lack of craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards. Horner Homes largely was unresponsive to questions about why costs were so expensive, and weren't adjusted after our project changed. Shortly after we challenged an additional cost they were trying to charge is when Horner Homes canceled the contract. My son, daughter, and I performed 98% of the demolition. Horner Homes made my remodeling super easy . Met with Julia to go over all the details of what we wanted. She understood exactly what we were going for. Once the remodel began, Dave was always around to explain and discuss any questions I had or even to just check in. Great family to work with and we will be using them in the future.
