Our HVAC wasn't cooling I called Alex and Scott was out that same night at 7:30. He got it running but unfortunately we needed a new AC. In this 100 ° weather we were having in Ohio Scott called us and said we will be out Thursday! This all happened in a period of 3 days!! Scott and Alex are very knowledgeable and understanding. Our office building was having a hard time staying cool recently so we called them out to take a look at it. Donny did a great job and explained his process for checking over everything. He identified the problem and clearly communicated that our system had a leak and low refrigerant and explained that leaks can be very difficult to locate, especially with the layout of our building. Scott and Alex are the best! We have had them for so long I can’t tell you. Today, we had a new furnace installed and what a difference!! Always on time, always a pleasure, always top notch installation and oversight. They always go through everything and never leave a detail out. Consider this team!!!!!
