Our office building was having a hard time staying cool recently so we called them out to take a look at it. Donny did a great job and explained his process for checking over everything. He identified the problem and clearly communicated that our system had a leak and low refrigerant and explained that leaks can be very difficult to locate, especially with the layout of our building. Bought a Trane furnace and central air unit from this company, promised it would keep my whole house cool in the summer. Well i have to put a window air unit in my bed room for starters. Every year for the past 7 years it’s been done i have to call them out BOTH summer and winter due to this junk not working. Each time twice a year mind you it’s a $3-400 service call.
