Horner Group is the ONLY Gem Golf cart repair in the valley (or that we could find) so we HAVE to go to them for repairs. But I am very upset and dissatisfied with their customer service and even their repairs. We had a flat tire and a bad battery (so we thought - since it would just stop while we were driving and wouldn't hold a charge very long). It was picked up, and that process was fine.
