I recently moved to Vero Beach and made an appointment with Dr. Horner for my annual eye exam. Dr. Horner was very friendly and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything during my exam. I am very pleased with him. His staff was very nice as well. I will gladly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Dr Horner is an easygoing but thorough, conscientious individual, who takes his occupation and his patients very seriously concerning eye care. Although friendly and respectful to all, he gets right down to business when you come in. As it should be. My wife and I have been going to him for close to a decade 2 years ago he put drops in my wife's eyes that have screwed her vision up and I went to him last week for the first time in a couple of years he's asking me questions as I'm answering them he tells me to stop interrupting him and let him talk. Needless to say I'll never go there again I don't know what his problem is but he has never in 10 years even try to joke around with me he's so uptight I would not recommend him to anybody.
