So, I will amend my first review. I did recieve a phone call and a refund of the $58 dollars and change. The gentleman seemed sincere and apologized for any trouble. I appreciated the effort made and the humility with which he dealt with a difficult situation, and a customer who was less than kind concerning the matter.
Only one star because 0 stars was not an option. First off, it took about a week for management return my inquiry of how their facility is set up and offer instruction on accessing the unit. We are currently transitioning from Rochester to Hunt, NY. So, its difficult to get down and explore with my schedule. I rely on verbal communication to help save me time, effort and money.
