Yesterday my husband and I went to Horne Auto Group to test drive a new turbo diesel Silverado - our salesperson was Rich Nelson. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the truck. Bottom line is we ended up buying the truck and feel we got a great deal! Kudos to the entire sales staff! The deal couldn't have been easier.
Just bought an Outback and it has a blown head gasket the dealer refuses to fix anything without using my warranty...they refuse to give me a loaner car also....SO BOTTOM LINE I NEEDED A RUNNING CAR NOT SHOP BABY....MAKING NEW CAR PAYMENTS ON A CAR THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD AND PAYING PAYMENTS WARRANTY PAYMENTS AND MECHANIC PAYMENT AND no CAR NO LOANER NO WAY TO WORK BACK TO SQUARE ONE MINUS 3 STEPS BACKWARDS....BUNCH OF DISHONEST A HOLES
