I have used other windshield repair/replacement companies before, and it was never that good. The first time was for a quarter-sized ding. After the "other" nationally recognized company was finished with their repair, I had to ask them what did they do - because it looked like it had not been touched! The next time, it was necessary to replace the windshield. They were prompt, and they did come to me, but they did a terrible job (I drive a Lexus, and they did not use the correct windshield).
