Waited approximately 4 hours for an oli change, and that was with an appointment. I have been bringing my vehicle here because they were fast and did the job well. It hasnt been the same the last two times. The only reason I was bringing my vehicle here was because the last dealership was doing the same thing, taking too long. Guess it's time to take my business somewhere else.
Horne Nissan Service Department is the reason I have purchased four Nissans! They will be the reason I purchase the next one when the time comes. Their service is second to none! They care about their customers, not just making a fast buck.
First time there for an oil change. No attendants outside or no signs pointing to the Service Dept, not even the entry door. When I found it, I went inside and said I had an appt but couldn't find it. Then was told to come back in a couple hours as the mechanics were at lunch. I went back and waited again, but the guys at the desk were preoccupied with other customers, and probably wasn't their fault, but I grew impatient waiting again, so I drove off and went somewhere else. I won't go back unless I absolutely need to.
