Poor experience. I called to get some information on insurance and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly short, dismissive and rude. It was very obvious to me that she didn’t care for not only me as a potential customer but for her job as well. If you are looking for a warm, inviting and respectful company to work with unfortunately this one isn’t it.
Great and professional service. Darryl did an outstanding job of finding the best options and helped me to save money. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
Didn't even bother to offer insurance coverage. Totally blew me off and sent me back to my old company that I had before even though I ( THE PAYING CUSTOMER) wanted something else this time. Glad I didn't waste my time and my gas driving over there just to get turned away! And the lady who answered the phone seemed to have an attitude! Smh. If you hate your job, THEN LEAVE! Don't take your Mad out on innocent people.
