I took my car in for a failing oil pump and almost 10 weeks later and multiple times of picking it up and the problem is not only unfixed but worse! Collapsed lifters, random misfires and still erratic oil pressure. The best part is the silence. The general manager Brian Willis will not return any of my calls. In fact he passed me off to a completely different dealership with lies as a backstory and sadly it must just be the way Horne does business cause he hasn’t called me back either.
