After going here for 10 years I get a call that my youngest can't get her maintenance medication refilled because the person she saw in August left. This never happened when others left. She saw that person 1 time. There was no care relationship. Nothing but billing issues and excuses. Now it seems like a money grab. I would advise not to go here if at all possible.
A bunch of arrogant people who think they're smarter than you. Nurses who don't know how many days are in a month. They only want your money and insurance money they don't care about their patients. If I could give a zero I would. Only one worth seeing is Joey Hoefling. No one should see anyone else unless they don't care about their own health.
