Mr. Horne is arrogant, smug, and was unprepared for my hearing. It took me two years to finally have a hearing on my case. Once I was finally assigned a judge, I was told by his office that the judge didn’t like Mr. Horne so they would need to petition for a new judge which delayed my hearing.
