Verbally agreed with Horn in June to have them tear down an old home we purchased. They were very knowledgeable and respectful early on. But on July 10, a week after I was told they would get the demo permit, I was told they had finally obtained it. The house would come down July 31, Aug. 1 or Aug 3.
