I can always get in the same day when I am sick. I've been seeing Dr. Horn for over 20 years. He's an excellent doctor.
Doctor Horn is a good doctor, but one of the office ladies that answers the phone is completely utterly unprofessional, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Because of my interaction with her I will be looking else where for a doctor. It's a ashame because I have seen Dr. Horn and he is great and my father has seen him for many years. However, after my phone call with that lady I will not be calling back.
