NO privacy ... after seeing the nurse and going over everything, waiting in a room for the Dr. to come ... the nurse was reviewing my chart with Dr . SO LOUD THAT I WAS ABLE TO hear it while door was closed and sure other patient ... after seeing Dr. nurse came to front and same loud voice told the front desk make an appointment for her for this ...xyz.... reason. i was shocked . i do not want other people sitting know my problem ... Has been too long from the last time they read HIPAA law they need to reread it
I love this clinic all of the medical assistances are nice and have patience. Doctor is always concerned about your health, he also detected my preeclampsia and sent me to the hospital right away.

This office doesn't care about patients or their health. I have PCOS and I rely on my birth control to help with my hormones and menstrual cycles. To get a refill, this office makes you schedule an appointment with them every three months to "speak to the doctor" aka to bill your insurance. They say it's so the doctor can check how the medication is going but it's literally a 30 second conversation where the doctor asks the purpose of your call and you ask for the prescription, no follow up questions.
