I've been seeing Dr. Cross for a few years so far and this is the first and only place I've experienced that has such personalized and caring service. You don't have to endure excessively long wait times and are treated as an individual person with individual needs. From the moment I walked into a beautiful office of tropical fish.I had the most enjoyable experience at hormone therapy. Dr. Cross and her staff were so welcoming. Dr. Cross is excellent at explaining procedures and making you feel very comfortable with her extended knowledge. If you're leaning towards hormone therapy, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with her.
As noted by another reviewer you pay $150 to listen to them pitch you on one method of Hormone Replacement Therapy, which is the insertion of a pellet under your skin. Dr. Cross husband told me on the phone that I was paying 150 dollars for a consultation where all my symptoms would be discussed and my personal medical history. This was a complete misrepresentation of what happened. They only asked me a few standard questions and had zero interest in any of my health concerns.
