I have been a patient at the hormone balance center for over a year. They are great! I love the convenience of tele-health appointments and Dr. Hooker is very personable and helpful.
Was not able to complete the year treatment because I could not get anyone to answer the phone to schedule appointments with my doctor. When receptions did answer the phone 90% of the time it sounded like they were outside or in their car. When I could get someone to answer the phone doctor's appointments were several months out. Big upfront out-of-pocket bill plus labs. And then little to no contact after that point.
