Before I came to see Dr. Spahr, I was feeling horrible. Fatigued, cranky, bloated, constipated and could never sleep well. I was so frustrated because I couldn’t figure out how to fix myself. I ate properly, I worked out and drank plenty of water but still felt like crap. I was currently on hormone replacement therapy and could not figure out why that wasn’t helping either. If you are tired of feeling bad, you HAVE to go see this Dr. and his AMAZING staff!! If you don't do hormones, START! If you are with 'that' doc that sees you every 3 months, even without getting your numbers back before your appntmnt, leave and come here!! They truly care about you and your treatment!! Getting too much in hormone therapy can make you feel as bad as not enough. This is my last stop shop...I'm a lifer here!
