I have been a patient at Castle Hills since 1994 and gone through all 4 physicians during that time. Sanjana is an excellent doctor, however the level of service has deteriorated since he now has 4 different offices. If you want to see him directly, it is a challenge and it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone. They have qualified staff but they have difficulty keeping people on board. I am considering a switch.
I rarely leave reviews but ive had enough of this place. I started to go here because of all the good things I've read but they aren't true what so ever. My first visit I met Dr. Sanjana the whole reason I chose this place was because of him. Every visit there after Dr. Hedi was my Dr. and never seen Dr. Sanjana after that frist visit. I grew to love the care she provided enough to where I got my wife to switch over to start seeing her. She wasn't my pick so we rolled with it and she was AWESOME. I called this morning to make an appointment with my doctor and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. I honestly thought they had forgotten me on the line. Eventually, a staff member answered and told me I had a balance from 2023 that my insurance didn’t pay. She referred me to the manager. When the manager called, she insisted that I needed to pay the balance. I've been Dr. Sanjana's patient for several years, and Dr. Sanjana is an excellent doctor! Dr. Sanjana's office staff is also very nice and helpful, especially Rose R. Rose is usually at the front desk when I visit or call, and she always provides outstanding patient assistance. Rose is very knowledgeable and friendly, and she always goes out of her way to be helpful.
