We chose Don from Horley Homes after a rigorous design + quote process to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor entertaining area, plus paint throughout. Don was not the cheapest of the three quotes (nor was he the most expensive), but his response was the most detailed and inclusive. He also priced inclusions relative to our expected quality standard, rather than “low-balling” and claiming multiple contract variations later. I used Horley Homes for 2 projects - bathroom renovations and building of a front decking area / concreting house of driveway / car parking areas. Exceptionally happy with the quality of the work, the cost and communication with me. Don is meticulous and ensure the work is top quality. Very happy to recommend him.

Unfortunate we were unable to shake hands and thank Don for our home renovation - poor communications, lack of integrity and did not attend to any minor defect work once payment was received.
