I went in to get a Deployment commemorative engraved from my time in service and deployments. Nate did a Great job! He explained the process and what all he could do. He also explained everything they can engrave. If you need something engraved Look No Further. I would recommend. I am planning on further business as well.
I'm beyond disappointed with the care & service. A diamond fell out of my wedding ring, so we took it to be repaired. We were told a few more diamonds were loose, & they would take care of it & call us when it was ready in 3-4 days. After almost 2 weeks, my husband picked it up, took the ring out of the envelope it came in, & a different diamond was missing.
