Have been to Horizontal Performance a few times now and overall really happy with the service and outcome I have received. We did have a tuning hiccup however Toby was right onto it and got it sorted for me quickly which I feel is rare within the mechanical industry. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing people, won’t go anywhere else for my subie
We took my partners 2018 Wrx Sti in for a tune and to sort out a few mechanical issues that were a bit of a worry. The mechanic, Toby, was great with communication, was very quick to diagnose the issues and fixed them faster than we thought. He has a great personality and is great to talk to, which always helps with customer service aswell. Ps. The car is crazy fast now and we love it :D Pps. We gapped a v8 mustang...
Toby was very helpful while in the stressful process off diagnosing and fixing my subie. He is very knowledgeable and always keen to explain and share his experience.... he even helped me on a public holiday. I would 100% recommend🙂
