10/10 highly recommended! private gym feel without the price of one! I would go at 6am and there was maybe 2 other people there and at 9pm it was a bit more people but not crowded at all. Nice community. If I still lived in Valdosta, I would 100% still attend, but I moved and had to cancel my membership.

I used to love this gym. I could come in, get a good workout in, and never have any issues. Recently, though, I had a terrible experience that completely changed my opinion. I came in with around 3 friends, one of whom was actually interested in getting a membership. When we walked in, the front desk employee was nowhere to be found, and we had to wait around looking for him. I had already planned on paying for my friends once he came back.
