Our family has been coming to Horizons West for 55 years. Our paradise! Wonderful organization!
We used to come to Horizons West for the past 30+ years, when kids were little we rented villas and for the past 10 years when it is just the two of us we stayed in the high-rise. This place is definitely not what it used to be. The latest management is horrible and likes to argue with guests, most of the time when you call there is no one to answer your call like it used to be in the past and even though it has office hours listed on the door most of the time it is closed early.
