No one answers the phone, tried calling from 9 till 3
I’ve had amazing experiences here. After being told my multiple doctors that “there’s no way you can have PCOS, you’re not overweight”, Todd was the first to believe me and test me for it - and the tests came back positive. The only negative I have to say is that they say their phones are open from 9-11am, but when I called at 10:50am, I was sent to their automatic voicemail. That is very frustrating considering I was in serious need of an appointment
When you call the line is always busy or you just get a recorded message message saying the line is busy after it rings and they don't check messages? How is anyone supposed to actually book an appointment with these people if the line is always busy even when its not?
