We arrived in Florida and discovered that the hot water heater for our camper wasn't working. I called Jamie and he came out promptly and checked it. He determined that a copper pipe had split due to improper winterizing from a dealership. It could not be fixed. He ordered a new heater for us and installed it the next week. I would highly recommend Jamie. He was cordial, very professional and informative too. You will not be disappointed!

I just purchased a used RV which had countless issues. Jamie has been phenomenal as a technician and has resolved every issue I had. He is not the type of tech to show up, and tell you immediately something needs to be replaced in order to fix it. He will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair if possible and will clearly explain what the issue is.
