Best health care I've ever Had! They are now showing a tow service on the Horizons healthcare.
My primary care provider of 25yrs. recently retired. It was difficult knowing that I had the task of finding a new medical provider while at the same time I made the decision to change my medical insurance plan. After moving from out of state, I was looking for a primary healthcare provider and my insurance plan recommended this office. Its a quick 12 min drive from home.
