I have been a patient with Dr Navarro for over 20 years as my whole family has. Now he has decided to go to the concierge service, nice name for basically charging his patients $2800 a year not $2800 once that would be bad enough but $2800 per year who can afford that and that’s why I have medical insurance. I always loved Dr Navarro but can’t believe that he has done this to patients that have been with him a lifetime. I’m very upset and now I have to find a new family doctor.

For two years we have come here because Horizons was the closest Dr. Office. I first met Dr. Navarro, who bids off his services for $450 per quarter for "consierge services". Their office mis-scheduling. He maintained I wasn't shceduled. Both my wife and I have had MAJOR problems with Staff, who fail to respond to Pharmacies. I have had mutiple messages that Horizons "has NOT Responded to multiple requests", or had NOT phoned in Prescription refills. The staff speak Spanish and Cuban and are difficult to understand at times.... read more
Dr. Navarro is the most caring, compassionate best doctor ever. He takes his time with his patients & is very thorough. Always a pleasure to see him.
I have never been to such a worthless practice in my life. Dr. Navarro has gone into concierge doctoring and leaves his patients with unknowledgeable NP’s who have no idea what their doing, They never answer the phone and when they do you get people who can barely speak English, they never return your calls, never call in prescriptions. Unbelievable. Do Not Go There. Worthless Practice!
