We’ve just finished a 2 year journey with Horizons East and Skyline Realty and although there’s plenty to say about the process, the highlights are simple. The house is stunning, Michele Raynor and her team are the best experience a new home buyer, and in this case builder, could have ever asked for and two folks who went above and beyond for Horizons are Chris Cassidy and Cameron Dutton. Great service! Quick, professional, and courteous!
If I could give zero stars to this builder, I would. Do not use them and do not buy a home from them. They do not work with you, at all. They lie - They should know the CO is public record. They lied to us stating they didn’t have the CO when my husband had an email from the county with the CO. Once we told them we caught them in a lie they had nothing to say.
