Horizons East Building Co. is a lovely and reliable builder. Michele Raynor was great and helped me navigate the construction of a new home on Jacks Crossing Drive with them. My home is beautiful and well-built, they also accommodated a deadline to make sure it was finished on time. Brandon helped me review my warranty and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend any new construction with this company!
I just finished my new home one year warranty inspection, and it went really well. There were no major issues. The warranty coordinator from Horizon East, Brandon, arranged for the warranty repairs on my house. He did a great job - made sure that the work was done in a timely manner and that I was satisfied with the repair work. He's very conscientious and made the whole warranty process easy.
My wife and I are impressed with the quality of the home we moved in to built by Horizon’s East Building Co! The warranty explanation process was easy and Brandon was very informative and professional throughout its entirety. The welcome basket was also a nice touch!
If I were to review Marine Black alone - this would be 5-star. She's done and continues to do everything in her power to make my first home perfect and it is very appreciated. She has been contactable and eager to assist. I do acknowledge that Horizons East has begun moving on from some subpar contractors, which is great, but the issues faced should have been noted during installation by the HVAC company and they chose not to. Marine Black was amazing for me and my family during the initial warranty process and subsequent issues we faced. Her level-headed approach to my complex issue made resovilng it much easier than it would have been without her. She truly went above and beyond for us and set us on the right path. She portrays a positive example for Horizons East and made us feel like part of her family and team.
