I personally would never purchase a home with this builder again. We were threatened with legal action over our fence being less than half an inch over the neighboring property line — a lot that sat unsold for over a year. When we installed our fence, we followed the builder’s original survey lines. Later, we were told we either needed to pay for our own new survey (despite relying on theirs) or pay $3,000 to claim that half inch of property. I purchased a townhome built by Horizons East in 2021. The HVAC was not cooling as it should so I questioned HE about the size which is 1.5 tons (17,000 BTU’s) and was told they had 2 different load calculations showing it was sized correctly but claimed they could not find it to share with me, you can also find this info in a reply from HE in the Google review from Cordell Riddick who also owns property on Stingray Ln. The build process is always stressful and with being in construction, every single builder has their own set of issues no matter how much you are paying per sq ft. From the onset meeting with Kara for our selections and Trinity helping get that sorted out over to the building side of Chris handling and thru warranty with Cameron and Brandon, we couldn’t be happier. Our almost 3 year old busted a window a couple weeks into moving in and Brandon came out and replaced the sash for us at no labor charge when they didn’t have to.... read more

We’ve just finished a 2 year journey with Horizons East and Skyline Realty and although there’s plenty to say about the process, the highlights are simple. The house is stunning, Michele Raynor and her team are the best experience a new home buyer, and in this case builder, could have ever asked for and two folks who went above and beyond for Horizons are Chris Cassidy and Cameron Dutton.
