Dr. Ulmer is awesome. Very personable and straightforward.
I have been a patient of Dr. Anna Ulmer for over a year. She was always nice and friendly. However, I had a doctor's appointment on 01/27/2025, and she was vulgar and disrespectful to me. She had a bad attitude as soon as she walked in the door, and I was extremely sick. I asked her why she seemed upset, and her response was even more degrading. I've been coming here for a long time and have been seeing Dr. Robinson. Awesome doctor. Always willing to explain things, listen, and filter out the fluff. However, I had an incident today when trying to make an appointment. This lady was rude and prying. When I say, "I have some stomach problems that I want to discuss with my doctor," then that SHOULD BE ENOUGH to progress the call. To say, "Well what's going on...
