The worst builder I've ever come in contact with. I sold one of his homes, to family members of mine, and they've had nothing but issues since they moved in. Mr. Myrick NEVER returned ANY phone calls within the year and a half that they owned this house. I will never refer this man to anyone. His workmanship is poor and so is his customer service.
