The team arrived and measured the rooms that needed carpet cleaning. Jamie brought in the equipment and began shampooing the carpets, leaving a fresh citrus scent throughout the house. They were able to reach all the way downstairs from the outside, which was really convenient. i had nolan and the team come to my house in cardiff to clean my carpet, which had some tough pet urine stains from my old dog. when he checked it out, he was honest and explained it might be hard to get it completely clean since i had tried other cleaners before. they worked really hard and made my carpet look fresh again. i really like that they use all natural products, and the citrus scent is fantastic (i wish it lasted forever). i'll definitely call horizons carpet service again next time.
