We’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for many years, and the results have always been excellent. jamie and earl first cleaned our carpets after a big holiday gathering with around 40 guests and a few pets, and the whole house was a real mess. Excellent carpet cleaning service! They fully removed old pet urine stains and the odor instead of just covering up the smell. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Horizons Carpet Service, and I’m very impressed. Booking the appointment online was quick and easy, and getting both text and email confirmations made the whole process feel organized and convenient. Since I have a large home with a lot of carpeted areas, I was a little concerned about how long the carpet clean... read more

The carpet cleaning team showed up on time, was friendly, and did a very thorough deep clean. They removed pet hair, treated the problem spots, and left the carpet looking fresh and smelling much better. It made a big difference in the whole house. If you have pets that track messes onto the carpet and leave you stressed before guests come over, I would definitely recommend this carpet cleanin... read more

We bought a used high-pile polyester area rug and first tried to clean it ourselves with a rental carpet machine, but the results were not great. The rug stayed damp too long, had a musty odor, and the fibers felt a little off from the shampoo. After dealing with the smell in the living room for a while, we decided it was best to call a professional carpet cleaning service. We contacted a few carpet and rug cleaning companies, but many needed several days of notice or had a higher minimum charge than we wanted. When we calle... read more
