I couldn’t be more satisfied with the carpet cleaning service I received. Thanks to Landon and his team, our office is now cleaner and more sanitary, and the entire place looks and smells fantastic. Earl came back to help us out. They quickly responded to my previous feedback. They re-cleaned the condo in Cardiff, and it looks fantastic. From the top management to the local team, they took action and ensured I was happy with the results. There was no hesitation or blame-shifting; they just focused on getting it right. Landon was very friendly, and the carpet cleaning service he provided was fantastic. He really understood the specific issues we were dealing with and was thorough in his cleaning approach. We had just moved into our home, and the carpets were in bad shape, but replacing them wasn't in our budget yet. No matter what we tried, the smell of pet urine kept coming back after every vacuuming, so we reached out for help. After Landon's work, the carpets looked and smelled so much better, and the unpleasant odor hasn't returned.

I had my 60-year-old Kirman rug cleaned, and it looks amazing! It had been stored away unused for all those years, so it just needed a good refresh. The team at Horizons Carpet Service was very knowledgeable about the store where my parents originally purchased it, which closed down in the early 90s. My parents have trusted them since the 70s, and now I see why. Just a tip: make sure to request a pad underneath when you have your rug cleaned.
