Our carpet had been in dire need of cleaning for quite some time. For more than two years, we hadn't gotten around to having it cleaned. The carpet, especially in the high-traffic areas, was in a sorry state. It was marred by an assortment of stains from wine, food, drinks, and heavy footfall.
