I highly recommend this service for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. We had a big coffee spill on four white dining room chairs and the rug underneath, and they responded very quickly to help. James got right to work treating the coffee stains, deep cleaning the fabric, and removing the odor from the chairs and the area rug. Everything looked fresh, clean, and almost like new again. I wish I could give Horizons Carpet Cleaners 10 stars, even 100 stars. What a fantastic team. Brody and James were true pros and handled a really tough carpet and air duct cleaning job with skill and care. They called ahead with their arrival time, looked over the issue, and got right to work. We have used this carpet cleaning service for many years, and our carpets always look fresh and clean when the job is done. This time, we also had them clean almost 2,000 square feet of tile and grout, and the results were excellent. We had to get the carpets cleaned before moving out, and they already had several old stains from before we moved in. James came out for the carpet cleaning and did an amazing job.
