I was really impressed with the service from Horizons Carpet Cleaners. Dwayne was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. My carpet had dark stains and trash left by a tenant, and I honestly thought I'd need to replace it. Bad service, they up charge and carpet doesn’t smell good when they’re done. They also do not honor their work, manager won’t return calls. Do not use them
Scammers, they quote low price and raise price once they arrive. They charge extra for stronger chemicals and the end result is trash. Do not use them. They do not return calls to complaints or keep their word. Bad business
I had James come out to Lavon to professionally clean the carpets and upholstery in my older RV, and by the time he finished, everything looked spotless! I was really happy with how clean my carpets and seats were, and the job was done quickly without cutting any corners. The difference in the upholstery was amazing—you could see how much fresher and brighter everything looked. After having my Karastan oriental rug for 20 years, I discovered that it had been soaked with dog urine from four dogs, and it started to have a strong smell.
