Socially important programs such as Neighborhood Transportation Service which shuttles people back and forth to work when buses are not running and to places where the buses don't go, and they offer expert financial counseling as well as Meals on Wheels for Seniors. For those in need of such programming, Horizons offers respect and essential support.
I deliver meals to seniors in Cedar Rapids & surrounding areas. And deliver meal supplied to animals once a month. The team at Horizons make it easy to volunteer!
