Purchase machine and supplies from Horizon Air, Kenmount Road, St Johns, and my RT, Mary Claire is absolutely fabulous and would highly recommend her if you plan on visiting there. She is very professional, polite and caring. I’m sure with her knowledge she can provide you with proper machine and accessories.
I am a long time customer of Horizion and have always had a great experience dealing with them. Everyone there has been very helpful.
Fantastic service, despite having never been a previous customer one of the employees at reception provided me spare piece of equipment that isn't available for purchase individually due to my own error in an online order from another company. She said they had a spare from a display model they couldn't sell and provided it to me free of charge. Helped me out massively and wanted to extended my heartfelt thanks, unsure of the employees name but she was fantastic.
I purchased a machine in 2023 and I have some issues with it functioning. I called today and they told me that my warranty Voided because I didn’t buy my supplies there. so all the products like my mask and my holes and my filters are not considered medical grade yet my mass came from the exact same company where my mask came from in the package that I received from Horizon there my hose was in the same package from Horizon air The only thing different was a filter that I’ve been changing every three months.
