I just want to shout out Brooklyn for the amazing experience today! I was so anxious about needing oxygen for a recently diagnosed condition, However Brooklyn put my mind at ease with her calm and professional approach. She explained how to use the units in a way that was easy to understand, and she even helped me bring all of my equipment to my car which was beyond kind, as I was at my appointment by myself. Thank you for being so amazing, and helping put my mind at ease today, I truly appreciate it!

The only place you will need getting tested for sleep apnea and renting/buying machine if you choose to do so. Very professional.
I went there this summer and I was looking for an alternative power source ie for 12v Cigarette lighter as I was traveling. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very kind as if I was bothering her from her conversation with her coworker. Anyways she was very quick to say that you can buy that and I would have to go to Canadian tire to try to make one up. Purchase machine and supplies from Horizon Air, Kenmount Road, St Johns, and my RT, Mary Claire is absolutely fabulous and would highly recommend her if you plan on visiting there. She is very professional, polite and caring. I’m sure with her knowledge she can provide you with proper machine and accessories.
