I found the staff to be super nice. Everyone went over and beyond to make your visit comfortable. I went to the one on Waller Avenue, Lexington KY. They were extremely informative, answered my questions and thoroughly explained all of the products that they have to assist you in you weight loss journey. I'm excited about my visit and ready to get this weight off and I'm looking forward to my upcoming visits. I'm so excited!!! Today was my first visit to the Waller Avenue location. I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful, the facility to be clean and sanitizing the chairs after every client. The one that helped me was sweet, educational and thoroughly explained what the program consist of and was willing to answer any questions that i had. I found the staff to be very nice. The facility very clean. The process to go very smoothly. The Doctor knowledgeable and patient. Good location as far as parking. Lication makes it private at the same time. The staff not pushing other products but very knowledgeable when ask about the various products. Only thing I wish is that the Doctor listen when you tell you have been on the medication before and you do better with two dose a day.
