The only good thing about this place is the food. The kitchen staff is amazing! The 1 star is for few the employees that are nice, that number has quickly decreased in the last week and a half from all to almost none. Most, including the owner, are lacking in competence, are judgmental, and do not follow NYS OASAS, SAMHSA or MHA regulations. The gas leak is back on in a building with 50 patients for a 3rd time in a week, and the same woman owns NYSEG!
This place has kept me 4+ years sober. The counselors are amazing they offer so many programs to get you back on the right path. They really care.

This place sucks.. as a fent user.. my drug test came back clean cuz they don't even test for fent on site - which is weird because all of heroin is now fent.. as has been for years.. if it's even fent at all anymore - who knows what we're doing. Anyways.. this place has thin as hell pillows that have earwax on them still, thin blankets and ants. Comfort meds, who? I was left in a room with like 15-20 beds, alone.. they dont care if you eat, sleep or sit there and die. I understand detox isn't comfortable, but I would not go... read more
