Hands down it was the best 820 program I have ever been to, and unfortunately I've been to quite a few, living quarters are spotless building is kept up if something breaks or something needs to get down its down.. My son did the best of his life while he was at freedom and I tried very hard to get his counselor Joe to understand that a sober living in Niagara Falls was not going to be a place for him. No one listen and now he's a loss fighting to survive in a sober living where he can get more drugs and alcohol than any other place.

I spent a year at Freedom Village. Everyone is nice. I do take issue with their counseling services. If you are on campus you meet with your counselor twice a week. They try to break down traumatic events in your life to help build you back up. I expressed to them that I didn't trust counselors, they are human, it's far too easy for them to turn their back on you. They constantly assured me that would not happen. Until it did happen. I was with the same counselor for three years. I trusted her. One day she just left, no call... read more
