My son did the best of his life while he was at freedom and I tried very hard to get his counselor Joe to understand that a sober living in Niagara Falls was not going to be a place for him. No one listen and now he's a loss fighting to survive in a sober living where he can get more drugs and alcohol than any other place.

I spent a year at Freedom Village. Everyone is nice. I do take issue with their counseling services. If you are on campus you meet with your counselor twice a week. They try to break down traumatic events in your life to help build you back up. I expressed to them that I didn't trust counselors, they are human, it's far too easy for them to turn their back on you. They constantly assured me that would not happen. Until it did happen.
