First of all, if you can't speak very good French, don't call them. I tried to ask about thier service, but I couldn't speak French very well, so they hung up the line while I was talking. It seems thier company policy is that "if you don't speak French, we don't treat you as human being". What we have to understand is we have no right to ask thier service if you don't speak French fluently. I think if you are fluent in French, no problem. Good luck.
