Fab from start to finish, we recently stayed at Lake Berkeley and had an amazing time. We were provided with details before our stay and found the manual useful in the villa. Would definitely recommend. We have already looked to book for next year but unfortunately the villa is booked ☹️.
This property is the best kept secret! Spacious, properly stacked with necessary essentials to get you started, immaculate furniture and decor, comfortable mattresses in all rooms and definitely family friendly. My 17 year old loved the kids room while my older cousin loved the additional room in the garage. Beautiful TVs in all areas and the community pools are amazing! We will be back next year. Same time, same station!!

Absolutely awful . Not fit for rent . Pool was filthy on arrival . Bathrooms yuck! Pillows awful . Light fittings and switches not in working order . Pool full of worms and dirty although was cleaned after phone calls and emails . This home needs updating ASAP . Would never recommend .
