DO NOT BOOK WITH YANN ON AIRBNB FROM THIS COMPANY. 13 days after we checked out of our airbnb Yann claimed I caused a scoff mark to a leather couch, whereas he requested $1700 for. The picture I attached is Yanns “ proof” of 1700 worth of damage. I did not damage the sofa in any way, shape or form. To make matters worse, during our stay the power was out for 6 hours and I contacted Airbnb support who refunded us for the loss of 200$ in groceries, and we were refunded for 25% of the cost of the day. Updated Review: The owner’s response claims their deposit policy was “clearly stated in advance” and “standard in the industry.” That is simply not true. The $500 deposit was never disclosed before booking and was only demanded after I had already paid $462 upfront — meaning the deposit was greater than the rental cost itself. That is not a standard security deposit. It was an excessive fee designed to trap travelers after money had already changed hands. Communication not the best, but we resolved our issue in the end.
Our stay was fantastic! The home was exactly like the photos, beds were comfy, and the pool was a big plus after long days at the parks.
