We needed new chairs for our kitchen table and I have looked everywhere and then I found you and we bought 4 of these and took the chance that we would like them but instead we "LOVE" them. You have a really amazing product & you said we would get them in 3 day's and we did. We plan to purchase another one to have as a extra I have to say sitting down for coffee in the morning just went to another level thank you from my wife & I. A++++++++

We purchased American made chairs through Caster two years ago. We loved the chairs until the vinyl started coming off. We use no chemicals in our house so this is not user error. Vinyl should last 10-20 years if not defective. We paid substantially more than comparable chairs to buy from an American company that we thought would produce quality products. When I contacted customer service recently they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and tried to claim we used products on the chairs that we didn't. Hence this revie... read more

Company did not honor price in January of order placed in July for out of stock items despite assurances they would honor the price.
