Just completed my transaction with Horizon Title and the entire transaction has been a mess. Title is impossible to contact and does not respond back to calls or emails. Information has been incorrect. Trying to follow up has been a complete chore. The agents were not easy to work with and were not willing to negotiate on a home they knew had issues.
