I placed my child on the "waiting" list prior to summer break ever starting, I believe in May or late April. We followed up a couple times and was assured to keep waiting. Today August 28th I received an email with no apology or reason, just stating that my request to be seen would not be accommodated, that we should seek therapy elsewhere. How very disappointing to wait all this time, only to be denied without reason that we know of. I cannot possibly recommend HTA for this reason.
