Stay away from this business! I cancelled our internet service which was very slow 5 days ago. All I had to do was unplug the modem. I had to take it back to the office to get credit so I wouldn't be charged. I then called back 5 days later to renew and add a land line and was told that it would be $49 or $50 to have a serviceman come back out to plug in. I unplugged it why do I have to be charged to have someone else hook it up. They didn't come out to unplug it! This is most ridiculous. I would avoid falling in this trap!
