Mike met with us at our home a few months back regarding our tax situation. Sent him 95% of what he needed to file our taxes. I've tried multiple times to reach out to him via email/phone to get him the remainder documents but he has yet to respond. It's been two months and at this point I am not even sure if he filed an extension for us.
