This has been a great gym for my son. CVRC in Visalia connected us to this gym. My son has autism and they do a great job helping him with his fitness goals. With the program he is in, they helped him improve his technique and his nutrition. He started late last year and he plans on continuing the program. My wife comes with him on Mondays and has a good 1 hour workout. I would definitely recommend this gym for all people.
Awesome gym with the nicest coaches! Everyone is friendly, supports each other, and works hard during their classes. It's a great place for motivation to get in better shape and add fitness into your life. Highly recommend checking them out!
