The normal receiver is slow and unmotivated. I have mentioned to an office member that he is particularly slow and they don’t seem to care. I’m not saying he intentionally makes me wait but it sure feels like it. I’ve been nothing but kind and patient and will continue to be but this really gets old especially when I come here quite often.
This place is a disgrace for drivers long waiting times to load or unload . Nobody seems to care about anything . Waiting times around 3 to for 4 hours. Drivers stay away from here
My experience was great. I parked on site overnight and rolled in right when they opened. It took 10 minutes to get unloaded, 2 skidded coils, and one suicide. My only complaint would be that there's nowhere to park after your empty to put away racks and dunnage, so do as much as you can before even pulling in.
