I remember when they were pretty new in the late 70s 80s. I was in like 1st grade just moved from Florida. It was a very nice place then. Very well kept and very well managed.i have had the best childhood life there, till we moved back to Florida when I was in 6th grade:(. Now I live in Savannah Tennessee and I wanted to move back to Cleveland Tennessee I was open that there was an opening there maybe two bedroom one bath if possible. I would love to have apartment 605 again. My mother passed ( memory's are there)

Worst place to stay. They can’t keep an apt manager. Never want to fix anything. Then when they find out you are moving they try to evict you and sue you for the problems they refuse to fix. How is this HUD? How do you pay little to no rent but they want to sue you for $2000 of problems you begged them months to fix? 0/10 be ready to get a lawyer..also have your receipts ready.

Poor customer service she told me on the phone that they weren’t income base homes and I had to call back in let her know that they do because it says it all over the internet . She has a bad attitude and I just know it’s alot of people that didn’t apply because of false information

I've yet to get a response from them or their corporate office about the tenants that keep coming through on my property. Fix your damn fence before I have the cleveland city police come deal with it. I had to call about 30 different times before anyone answered the phone.

I do have to agree with some of the comments about the drug's coming back in. And I feel like they need to spray/treat for roaches more often. Rosetta is getting thing's done as quickly as possible but those are issues of both here.
