Nightmare from the start !, beware of this company.They are the nicest people when they are trying to get you to go solar.Once they got you forget it! We bought a system from Horizon Solar a couple of years ago. Our problem is with the promise of a referral incentive of $1000 for every friend we referred to them and then the friend actually installed solar panels for their home. Supposedly this referral fee would be good forever basically. A couple years later; we referred a good family friend. Our friend that we referred finally has his panels up and working. I have been trying to call them for several weeks. It goes to an answering machine. Nobody calls back We got our system through them on lease. They totally underestimated our usage and now we pay $850 to generate $ 325 worth of energy. Be very careful if dealing with them
